Pull up your timetable, then close it with a click.
Press its shortcut and the cheat sheet fills the screen. In a PDF, the arrow keys turn the page.

The app has a short tutorial for this. In the settings window, click Try it on the spoon’s page or press Command 5 ⌘ 5 for Tutorials.
